About Jessie

Understanding the need for therapy can be hard; accepting the thought of going to therapy can be even harder. As your therapist I want to create a safe space, a warm and calm environment for you to be able to express yourself without fear of judgment and to have someone completely support you during this time.  I bring a lot of life experience with me and want to create a comfortable environment for you to be able to express yourself so we can work through your experiences together.

Having the ability to find the right therapist, someone to guide you and also hold you accountable at the same time is key. I am here to meet you half way and to tell you that you are not alone, you have support and I will do my very best to give you the tools to succeed on your journey that you are in through a strength-based perspective. I have worked with homelessness, substance use and addition issues, various mental health in children and adults, in home therapy and working alongside kinship homes within DCF.  I utilize my strong rapport building and active listening skills to build connections to help support you best. I work well with ages 10 and up.

I graduated with my Bachelor in Social Work and Minor in psychology from Westfield State University and I now hold my Master of Social Work from Walden University as well as now my LMSW. I am here to support and guide you on your mental health journey.
