Usually when people experience trauma or severe life stressors, it feels like life is unraveling, and it can get out of control fast, without the necessary support and resources that you need. I am a compassionate and collaborative therapist dedicated to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges with greater clarity, resilience, and self-understanding. I provide a safe and supportive environment where you can explore your experiences, strengthen coping skills, and work toward meaningful change at your own pace.
