My goal is to create a non-judgmental space to process and work through whatever life has in store for you.
I enjoy working with adults from a variety of different backgrounds, exploring how we can work together to help overcome feelings of anxiety, depression, stress, and difficult life events. I have experience with many different styles of therapy, from cognitive behavioral approaches to mindfulness and meditation. Let’s take it one day at a time, together!
