About Ashley

Life is all about finding the comfort within the discomfort and making sure your needs are met along the way. I believe healing is a collaborative endeavor that requires honest caring without judgment, and I cooperatively assist my clients in clarifying their goals for treatment. As a mental health clinician, I am warm, open, supportive, and direct. I consider myself an active therapist, combining experience, education, mindfulness/meditation, and sense of humor with a down-to-earth, realistic approach to your healing process.

I offer a strength-based therapy experience while also providing a direct approach in supporting you in discovering the best version of yourself in this lifetime. I have experience working within various settings such as post-secondary disability services, non-profit-community services- such as financial coaching, occupational coaching, and outpatient clinical services. Together, we will develop a treatment plan that will allow you to learn new coping skills to enhance your resiliency and avoid burn-out within our busy society. I primarily work with adolescents, fathers as the primary caregiver/men, families, and adults from various economic backgrounds.

I have experience working with a diverse population of individuals with anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, mood disorders, co-occurring disorders, and substance use. I have experience with many different styles of therapy, from cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, mindfulness, and meditation. I’m happy to meet you where you’re at in life and work together to determine the best therapy model to support your needs and success. I look forward to meeting and supporting you through personalized journey of healing.
